       In 2008, Zhu Xi, who graduated from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, went to the University of Central Lancashire to study for a master's degree in intercultural communication. After completing her studies, she was not eager to return to the family business. Instead, she chose to work independently and worked as a manager of the investment manager. In 2016, Skyline established the “Enterprise Cloud Management Resource System and Quality Traceability Integrated Platform Construction Project” to integrate the financial system, supply chain system, production management system, cost system and S-HR system. Through a complete and personalized cloud ERP information management system and quality trace integration platform, the relevant information can be effectively connected in series, the information can be transmitted to the production line, and the intelligent operation, order from order to factory production to delivery can be carried out. They are automatically seamlessly docked, making the state of all nodes into real-time visualization, reducing wear and tear, improving product quality and customer satisfaction.

 

       Since taking office, she has also successfully introduced a high performance management model, focusing on corporate intellectual property protection and credit management system construction. In September 2017, she passed the on-site review of enterprise intellectual property standardization excellence management. In October, she passed the Zhejiang Credit Management Demonstration Enterprise. The review passed the on-site review of the Jiangshan Municipal Government Quality Award in November.
